Alex von Jungenfeld, Principal

Alex has been a management consultant for well over 20 years. Aside from her skills and the various ‘tools in her toolbox’, it is her uncanny ability to sniff out the ‘truth’ in a given situation and to address what she observes in a clear, unbiased and direct manner.

Her key areas of specialization are:

  • Executive & management coaching

  • Assisting leadership in creating buy-in, ownership and execution of organizational objectives

  • Individual coaching for career development

  • Business strategy creation and implementation

  • Organization Development: Providing clarity about which organizational structures will best support organizational goals

In 2017 Alex formed AvJ Consulting, collaborating with other professionals depending on specific client needs. Prior to this she acted as Senior Consultant at the Dandavati Group for over 15 years.

For many years Alex also supported the Focus Group of Companies in Denver, CO as Senior HR Manager. Prior to her consulting practice she managed Operations and Human Resource departments for a variety of businesses and non-profits.

As a native of Munich, Germany Alex brings to her work a proven mix of a precise/disciplined approach as well as keen insights gained from two decades of guiding leaders to effectively structure and manage their teams. Alex is a Certified Organizational Development Consultant; she has been trained in The Center for Simplified Strategic Planning process (MIT), and is an advanced level Structural Consultant trained in Structural Dynamics through Robert Fritz, Inc. She is certified to administer The Leadership Circle Profile, a state of the art 360 Leadership Assessment, as well as other assessment tools.

Alex holds an MBA and BS/BA from the University of Denver where she graduated Cum Laude.
